More than just being talented at singing, rapping, and dancing, idols also need to know how to look the part. That’s why in the 8th episode of Top Class, 16 trainees underwent classes with renowned industry personalities such as famous P-Pop group SB19’s stylist Mark Ranque, celebrity hair and makeup artist Jay Herrera, and Parcinq’s Creative Director Rxandy Capinpin. They even attended an “Idol Aura” class with their very own Dance Mentor Brian Puspos who was accompanied by dancers Carlos Serrano III and Aennon Tabunger of Team Package Makers.
The whole makeover process was topped off with a photoshoot with Rxandy Capinpin and a performance of SB19’s “No Stopping You”. Their performance served as the basis of judging for the third elimination.
While six more trainees were eliminated at the end of the episode (which meant they were only down to the Top 10), it was also announced that there would be wildcard trainees (or eliminated trainees that will be given a chance to come back and win Top Class). The day after, the five wildcard trainees were revealed.
To witness the trainees’ transformation and to find out who were eliminated and revealed as “wildcards”, catch the REPLAY of Episode 8 on the Top Class YouTube Channel and visit the Top Class social media pages.
