I Belong to the Zoo is a Filipino indie pop rock band that originally started as a solo project by founder and frontman singer-songwriter Argee Guerrero. The solo act then became a band with the inclusion of Simon Philip and Lee de Veyra on guitars, Gerald “Gere” Guerrero on bass, and Paolo “Ow” Owyong on drums.

I Belong to the Zoo is best known for the hit song “Sana” which became a part of the OST for the 2019 film entitled “Open” starring Arci Muñoz and JC Santos and a Mang Inasal commercial starring Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino.

The band is also a frequent live performer and collaborator, having collaborated with the likes of Mayonnaise, Reese Lansangan, and Moira Dela Torre. Already having more than three hundred million total Spotify streams and almost a million monthly listeners in just a few years, I Belong to the Zoo is undoubtedly proving to be a force to be reckoned with in the latest generation of OPM artists.

I Belong To The Zoo will hold their first major solo concert at the New Frontier Theater in October 2026.
