In celebration of their second anniversary in the P-Pop scene, G22 held the “Locked and Loaded: G22 2nd Anniversary Showcase” last February 25 at the Eton Centris Walk in Quezon City. The three-member girl group (composed of AJ, Alfea, and Jaz) performed their full lineup of songs to the delight of the Bullets (the name of their official fandom). DJ Eva Ronda served as the host for the event.
As a special exclusive treat for their fans, the girls performed the first part of an unreleased song without revealing the title or release date.
The event was made possible through the generous support of Eton Centris, Grateful Tuesdays with Pinky Tobiano and Yeng Constantino, Heavenly Desserts by Chef Jeng, Kiss NY, Awesam Smile Dental Clinic, and Zaxy.
The group debuted in February 25, 2022 with the release of “Bang.” The group was originally composed of four members but Bianca Forro left the group back in September 2023. The release of their rendition of Dionela’s “Musika” in the same month marked the beginning of the group’s new era as a trio.
