Singer-songwriter Patrick Quiroz has officially become one of the artists of the newly relaunched record label EMI Records Philippines. The label will be operating under the Universal Music Group (UMG) Philippines umbrella which includes other record labels such as Republic Records Philippines and Island Records Philippines.
As a rising music artist, Patrick’s most recent original release was 2022’s “Dito Ka Lang” under Just Music Philippines. While he may not have released an original follow-up track, he does regularly put his talent in performing on full display on GMA’s musical variety show “All-Out Sundays.”
Other artists who also joined the new EMI roster include Hale, Gracenote, Dionela, Daniel Paringit, CHNDTR, Waltz, Jenzen Guino, Dave Trinidad, Shane Bernabe, Cydel, Elha, and Gabriel Tagadtad – a mix of established acts and up-and-coming rising talents.
The Philippine counterpart of the legendary British record label was first launched in the country back in 2002 but UMG only acquired EMI around 2012.
