VXON calls out fakery with latest single ‘TABI TABI’

P-Pop boy group VXON has just released a new track titled “TABI TABI” on March 14 and it’s a song directed to all those who behave in an insincere manner – “plastic” or “fake” as some would bluntly put it.

“TABI TABI” takes on the insincerity of people with a “respectful” approach while also incorporating Filipino folklore in the lyricism, cover art, and song title itself. The title “TABI TABI” is derived from the Filipino phrase “tabi-tabi po” which is what one would say as a sign of respect to supernatural beings who dwell in trees and mounds. The pop rock and hip-hop track ultimately challenges those who lack authenticity to turn things around and treat others with respect.
